Baby kicking bladder 30 weeks

I am 29/30 weeks pregnant and for the last 15 hours the baby has been very,very active and not slept alot. Its been the most active it has ever been. The thing is it keeps kicking me in what I think is my bladder, it feels like I am going to pop down there, but when I try to go to wee only a small amount comes out I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I feel like whenever my baby is punching or kicking my bladder I have to pee and it's also gives me a stinging pain in my bladder when he kicks it I can't really explain it...
