Normally I'm a 18-6 IF type guy, but I wanted to do something extra for Thanksgiving. I thought about all those less fortunate than me and I am fasting for them I weighed myself on Monday morning before breakfast and the weight was down but not as much as I wanted. I had hoped to reach my previous weight of 56.5kg or 124 lb from after the first fast. Unfortunately the 48 hour fast only brought the weight down to 58kg /127lb.
